ABOUT ABOUT

EUGENE DAVID “HALFBREED” KING II

PETTY OFFICER 1ST CLASS- USCG

SECRETARY- MILITARY STREET SOLDIERZ SAVANNAH

David “Halfbreed” King was a one-of-a-kind man; he truly had no equal. Born in Oklahoma and raised in Florida, Halfbreed entered active-duty service with the US Navy at the age of 18. After five years of honorable service and multiple deployments as a Sailor, he completed his tour and transitioned to the US Coast Guard to continue service to his country. Halfbreed also developed a passion for motorcycles during this time, which he brought to Savannah, GA, with him while he served as an Intelligence Specialist 1st Class with the Marine Safety Unit- Savannah, US Coast Guard. Through his incredibly positive and outgoing attitude coupled with the passion for the ride, he developed a close relationship with four other riders to become a First Five member of Military Street Soldierz MC Savannah Chapter and dedicated his life to brotherhood and community service with the club.

Halfbreed was the most positive, outgoing, happy, and loyal brother a man could ask for. The man was always smiling and one can’t help but wonder if he’d ever had a bad day in his life. He was a friend, a mentor, a learner, a teacher, a loyal fiancée, and the most loving of fathers. It was all but impossible to make him angry, sad, or frustrated and he touched so many lives with the goodness of his heart. He was intelligent but humble, well-spoken, and listened as well as he spoke. His great passion in community service with the club was undoubtedly reaching the children and youth of Savannah. Halfbreed’s goal was to change the world by building better people through trying to reach the young and help them to grow up stronger and smarter. He would give anything to anyone in need and be there to help in a heartbeat.

For this reason, Military Street Soldierz MC, Savannah has established the David “Halfbreed” King Youth Scholarship Fund to keep honoring him through providing an opportunity for a child to build a better future in completing a secondary education when they may otherwise be unable to do so. In honor of Eugene David “Halfbreed” King II, the club has dedicated its efforts to fulfillment of his dream.

Street Soldierz MC Savannah will be raffling off a 2016 Indian chief dark horse. We are raising funds to award scholarships to promising youths in the Savannah area who are limited in resources and opportunity in honor of our fallen brother. Tickets are $10 each and the drawing will be held on 28 September  at Indian of Savannah
